Current orders are shipped from warehouses across the China. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately if stored in different warehouses.

Q: What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Q: My item has been in transit for a long time. What should I do?
If your item has been in transit for an extended period, try contacting the shipping provider directly to check the status of the shipment. If the shipping provider can't resolve the issue, reach out to support@petnomestore.com for help.
